Audience Services & Cash Handling

Wiener Konzerthaus · Vienna

Welcomed visitors and managed admission at concerts and large events.
Handled cash independently, including reconciliation.
Served as a point of contact for visitor enquiries.

Wiener Konzerthaus — Request Management & IT Assistance, February–May 2025: Processed written customer enquiries and coordinated with internal departments, particularly the ticket service centre.

ASVÖ — Kids in Motion, January–April 2026: Planned sports sessions at primary schools and kindergartens in Vienna, supported coordination skills and supervised children.

Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund, August 2024–May 2025: Completed training as a Rettungssanitäter and participated in emergency care and patient transport during civilian service.

I study Computer Science at the University of Vienna. Alongside my studies, I work on independent web design projects and explore photo and video production.

I'm interested in both the structure behind an application and the way people experience it. My background outside technology keeps that human perspective close.
